Chase and his wife Ayla live in McMinnville, Tennessee along with their two sons. They share a passion for helping others and decided to turn that passion into a family business and do what they love. Hard work has always paid off for Chase and Ayla, and they see this as an opportunity to show their children how perseverance and community support are important keys to success and happiness.

Chase studied Concrete Management with a minor in Business Administration at Middle Tennessee State University and graduated in 2011. After graduation, he worked in a family owned business for eight years doing structural steel construction across the southeast. During this time, Chase earned a great amount of experience working with other contracted builders and the importance of structural building which lead him to obtaining his Tennessee Contractors license and subsequently starting Chase Basham Construction.
